Visiting A Winter Garden Brewery And Universal Orlando Resort—All In One Weekend!

Hello again, Dreamers!

If you are an Orlando tourist, then you probably come to the City Beautiful mainly to enjoy theme parks like Disney World and Universal Studios. But since I moved to Winter Garden last summer, I’ve found a ton of local attractions and restaurants that truly add to the appeal of this area.

Experiencing all that this city has to offer is just one of the reasons Zach and I wanted to move here, and I’m glad we have the opportunity to try something new everyday.

One local place we love is a brewery called Persimmon Hollow. It opened down the road from us not too long ago, and it has quickly become one of our favorite places to eat in Winter Garden. The food is delicious, and the brew menu includes beers that are light and flavorful, so even someone like me, who doesn’t much care for beers, can find something to sip.

Zach and I spent a recent weekend enjoying Persimmon Hollow at Flamingo Crossings before, of course, hopping over to Universal Orlando Resort. There, we tried some of the sweets from the Mardi Gras Tribute Store, rode the Men In Black attraction for the first time in a while (guess who won?), and drank Ocean Attacks from Chez Alcatraz (cue the Jaws theme).
